Our goal is to ship your order within 1 - 3 days. We will ship VIA Priority Mail. The cost of shipping and insurance will be charged and be nonrefundable.

Payment

We accept MasterCard and Visa credit cards. After you place your order, a Village Needlepoint representative will contact you to get your credit card information over the phone.

Return Policy

We trust you will not need to return any canvas or threads but, if you do, there will be a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be made within ten days. Any returned item must be in original unopened wrapper.

Threads

After you select your special canvas, we will be happy to add threads to complete your project. The cost of the threads will vary depending on the type of thread chosen.

Custom Design

Once we settle on your custom design, we will require a deposit which is nonrefundable.
