As indicated in our introduction, our yearly November retreat at the famous Tides Inn Resort, also located in Irvington on Carters Creek, has been a smashing success. We engage nationally renowned teachers who are able to spend quality and individual time with each of our approximately 24 guests. Each canvas is personally assessed to accommodate four or five new stitches which are then taught to the recipient. All threads are pulled ahead of time. When our guests arrive, they collect their bundled canvas and fibers ready to start three days of instruction, relaxation, personal time and group socials. There is much laughter and learning by all.

We also provide individual and group lessons in our shop, all year round. We love to encourage customers to try new stitches and new fibers. Our staff is happy to help if there is a problem or question with a particular canvas or stitch.
